ParlayX Launches the First Institutional Order Routing, Custody and Capital Control Layer for Prediction Markets

ParlayX has officially launched the first institutional order routing, custody and capital management layer for prediction markets.

Executive Summary:

NEW YORK and GLOBAL (August 3, 2026): ParlayX has officially launched the first institutional order routing, custody and capital management layer for prediction markets, effectively ending the fragmented liquidity and single-wallet model that has governed the asset class since inception. Through a single API and SDK, trading desks can now deploy advanced algorithmic strategies using smart order routing, unified capital management, and institutional order types (such as Iceberg and TWAP orders).

ParlayX also introduces pods: segregated books of capital carrying their own balances, permissions, and analytics, alongside instantly revocable credentials for every trader and bot on the desk. ParlayX pairs this permissions layer with a full Order and Execution Management System (OEMS) across Polymarket and Kalshi, with venue coverage expanding later this summer.

Detailed Release:

Backed by the Polymarket Builder Program, ParlayX introduces non-custodial key management, fund-grade capital segregation, granular trader permissions, and a single API and SDK to operate the entire asset class.

NEW YORK and GLOBAL (August 3, 2026): As prediction markets mature into a high-velocity, multi-billion-dollar asset class, trading infrastructure has finally caught up. Today marks the public launch of ParlayX (https://parlayx.com/), the first definitive institutional custody and control layer and Order and Execution Management System (OEMS) built explicitly for institutional market makers, asset allocators, algorithmic desks, and other serious traders.

Until today, trading prediction markets at scale has been an operational nightmare. Every venue in the ecosystem models its participants as individuals: one login, one balance, one set of keys, and no mechanism to define a team’s individual roles and risk exposure. That architecture survives a retail account and collapses the moment a fund puts three strategies, two traders, and a compliance function behind a single venue relationship.

For the first time, ParlayX breaks down the structural silos. Trading desks can now segregate capital by strategy, scope every trader and bot to its own revocable credential, and retain absolute custody of their own keys. It's a significant change from single-user wallets to true governance, with the standards that institutions expect.

ParlayX absorbs this complexity, combining fragmented backends into a single, seamless execution layer. For the first time, trading desks can fund just one consolidated balance and deploy algorithmic strategies across the entire prediction market ecosystem. It’s a step change from aggregation to unified execution, with the standards that institutions expect.

Redefining the Governance of Event Trading

"Prediction markets have evolved from a niche alternative into a core macroeconomic asset class, yet institutional participants have been forced to trade from basic retail web interfaces and single-user browser wallets," said Andrew Gonzalez, CEO & Co-Founder of ParlayX. "You can’t run a world-class quantitative desk when your capital is stranded across three different blockchains and your team is chasing prices manually. ParlayX provides the institutional-grade plumbing, advanced wallet management, and robust security controls that institutions need and expect.”

ParlayX launches with deep integration into the industry's two dominant venues, Kalshi and Polymarket. Additional venues are expected to launch before the next NFL season.

The platform’s launch delivers four definitive capabilities to the market:

  • Smart Order Routing & Best Execution: ParlayX monitors connected order books in real time, automatically routing trades to the venue offering the best pricing, ensuring optimal fills without requiring traders to cross-reference books manually.
  • Non-Custodial Key Management: Keys are generated in the customer's environment and ParlayX stores the public key only. ParlayX cannot withdraw, transfer, sign, close a position, or trade on a customer's behalf, and desks retain sole authority over fund movement through strict withdrawal address whitelisting.
  • Segregated Capital Through Pods: Each pod operates as an independent book of capital with its own balance, its own permissions, and its own performance data, allowing a desk to run distinct strategies without any of them touching each other's capital or contaminating each other's analytics.
  • Granular Actors and Permissions: Every trader and every bot receives its own credential, scoped to a single pod and carrying an explicit permission set. Desks rotate or revoke any individual credential instantly, separating fund movement from execution rights and granting risk, compliance, and operations teams full visibility without granting them the ability to trade.

Built for Programmatic Speed, Ironclad Security & Regulated Venue Integrity

Recognizing that capital security is paramount for institutional allocators, ParlayX has moved decisively away from the standard single-user wallet model, and the architecture reflects two distinct realities in the market.

Building this architecture required solving two of the industry’s most persistent technical bottlenecks:

  1. On-Chain Venues: Desks spin up new wallets on chain and have them trading-ready instantly across every connected venue, eliminating the separate funding and approval cycle that each venue has historically demanded. Where capital needs to move between venues, ParlayX executes the rebalance directly, allowing desks to position funds ahead of trading rather than absorbing the operational costs of managing this themselves
  2. Regulated Venues: ParlayX scopes access rather than taking custody. A customer's Kalshi account remains their own, cash at Kalshi stays at Kalshi, and the credentials ParlayX holds there are strictly trading-only with no withdrawal rights attached.

The Road Ahead: Summer Expansion

The public launch of ParlayX represents the first step toward bringing institutional governance to the entire event-trading asset class. Following today's launch with Polymarket and Kalshi, ParlayX is on track to expand its venue coverage this summer, with integrations for Limitless and Predict.fun already underway. ParlayX is also in active discussions with other venues, with integrations to follow.

As the breadth of tradable global events continues to scale across geopolitics, macroeconomics, sports, and culture, ParlayX intends to serve as the foundational, underlying control layer for the entities moving size across the market.
